We want you to love your Vasana Jewelry order. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return your order to us within 14 days .

Here's how the return process works:

Please send us a short email in advance to kundenservice@vasana-jewelry.de so that we can register your return.

Important:

• Custom-made jewelry, special orders or personalized products are excluded from the right of return.

• The buyer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived faulty or damaged.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
